ContentERP Insights for Google Docs: Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the collection, use, and disclosure of your information by ContentERP Insights (“Insights”), a Google Docs add-on developed by ContentERP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to users of the Insights add-on (collectively, “you” or “your”).

We collect the following information through your use of the ContentERP Insights add-on:
- ContentERP Login Credentials: To connect Insights to your ContentERP account, you will need to enter your ContentERP username and password. We do not store your login credentials. The Insights add-on uses them solely to securely connect to ContentERP and verify your account.
- Document Information: When you use ContentERP Insights, it retrieves information about the specific article (piece of content) you are working on, including:
- Document Title: The name of the document.
- Content: The text content of the document (excluding any personally identifiable information).
- Keyword Data: Insights retrieves information about the keywords associated with the document from your ContentERP account. This data includes:
- Keywords: The list of keywords assigned to the document in ContentERP.
- Usage Data: The number of times each keyword is used within the document (excluding the actual content surrounding the keyword use).
3. Use of Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Connecting to ContentERP: To establish a secure connection between Insights and your ContentERP account.
- Keyword Highlighting: To highlight the keywords associated with your document within Google Docs, helping you identify and manage their usage.
- Keyword Usage Tracking: To track the number of times each keyword appears in your document, assisting you in ensuring appropriate keyword density.
4. Disclosure of Information
We will not disclose your information to any third party without your prior consent, except as follows:
- Compliance with Law: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
- Protecting Rights: We may disclose your information to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide through the Insights add-on. These steps include:
- Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption methods to protect your information during transmission and storage.
- Secure Servers: We store your information on secure servers that are monitored and protected against unauthorized access.
6. Google Workspace Marketplace Data Security
